The Development

Since 2010, Leaseholders have been able to obtain a share of the Freehold; the majority of properties within the development have taken advantage of this, while those not currently participating have the option to do so for a reasonable fee. The advantages of this include the opportunity to have a greater say in how the development is run, as well as an extended Lease term of 999 years.
